Name: Seamm-Jasani (se’am-m ‘ha-‘sa-ni [ipa]).
Pronunciation: seamm-jasani-oficial-voice
Meaning: The perfection of gentleness.
Origin: Seamm-Jasani is a part of the physical teachings (sku rtsal/སྐུ་རྩལ།[tib.]) of the Mmulargan Boabom.

Description: Seamm-Jasani is an Art of active relaxation that is characterized by the use of slow and smooth coordinations in union with different breath techniques (or breath expansion: pranayama [sans.], medicine dbugs ring du gtong ba/དབུགས་རིང་དུ་གཏོང་བ།[tib.]). It also works the active and passive meditation as systems of physical and mental revitalization, obtaining great achievements for the health. Its movements are graceful, simple and expressive.
Objectives: Seamm-Jasani basically aims to form or recover physical and mental balance. It develops the sense of space, stretching, the patience of the student and the perfection of the movement. Seamm-Jasani also wakes up the student’s energy without the necessity of strong exercise, but through the perception and conscience of the movement.
Health: This branch is also called the “Art of the Eternal Youth” because its practice helps the recuperation of injuries, to combat stress and to increase longevity. It has also shown itself to be an excellent complement for elder people or those recovering from illness or injuries.
Requirements to learn: Health compatible with soft exercise. It doesn’t require any previous knowledge.
Implements: There are no necessary accessories (no weights, etc).
Recommended Age: Since one learns to walk. Without limits of old age, as the health conditions allow soft exercise.

“The importance of breathing is obvious to us all. This technique attempts to enrich something that we normally do without putting any thought into it. What our Art teaches is that the body is in constant combustion, that the mind is a great bonfire. Giving more oxygen to the mind increases that combustion, and the breathing technique helps us with this. First, it increases lung capacity, which allows more oxygen into the lungs and thus into the blood, the rest of the body, and especially into the brain. With more oxygen the internal flame grows and the mind relaxes, becomes comfortable, positive, and open to any work or effort, be it mental or corporeal. At the same time, this breathing technique helps to cleanse all of the passageways in your body, cleaning the nasal passages and the throat as it also helps you, in a natural and indirect way, to quit smoking. You will feel, in just a few weeks of regular practice, that you do not need to smoke as much as you used to. Your cravings will reduce more and more until this habit disappears, without anxiety or problems.”

THE WAY OF MEDITATION

Meditation runs through all the branches of Boabom, syringe directly or not, viagra 40mg because every movement is by itself meditation; a way of cultivating one’s own energy through a constant dialog between mind and body (sgom pa/སྒོམ་པ།[tib.]).
Nevertheless, in the Boabom Arts, Meditation is also developed as a separate technique, through special courses offered by the Boabom Schools, which work to develop pscyhic balance, relaxation, and harmony. 
One aspect of Boabom Meditation is found in the book “Bamso, The Art of the Dreams”, which introduces the basic methods of control of awareness in Astral Travels (unmani, svapnadarzana [sans.], rmi lam/རྨི་ལམ།[tib.], rmi ltas/རྨི་ལྟ།[tib.]), or conscious projection in dreams, as one more tool for the knowledge of oneself and the surrounding world.

THE WAY OF PEDAGOGY

This branch of Boabom is devoted to the Art of Teaching (or aam-ato[bb], ston pa/སྟོན་པ།[tib]). It prepares students with some degree of seniority, responsibility, and apprenticeship, to be future Teachers of the different Boabom Arts.
If you would like to teach Boabom you must first study at one of the Boabom Schools, and after some time some time as a student (at least the 4th stage) you may then apply to take courses in Pedagogy, to begin the path of Apprentice or Assistant-Teacher.
